Get the 2011 Exhibitors' Prospectus and Contract. Complete the exhibit contract and return all copies with your deposit of $900 per 10’ x 10’ space to:

Meeting Space

Exhibiting companies requiring meeting space at the convention center or hotels for press conferences, training sessions, or company meetings, should submit requests by October 31, 2010 to:

Cancellation of Exhibit Space

Cancellations postmarked by January 15, 2011 will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the full booth price. For cancellations made after January 15, 2011, ITEEA reserves the right to retain the full booth price, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages and to re-sell or re-assign the booth space.
