MIT’s new Solve initiative will bring together innovators and entrepreneurs to pitch their solutions to our four 2017 Global Challenges during the United Nations General Assembly Week. The Solve Challenge Finals in New York City will place these innovators in front of a panel of expert judges and a live audience as they pitch their solutions to: (1) Brain Health, (2) Sustainable Urban Communities, (3) Women and Technology, and (4) Youth, Skills, and the Workforce of the Future. Those chosen by our judges will become Solvers and join the Solve community to build partnerships with cross-sector leaders that help pilot, scale, and implement their solutions. Leaders from business, government, and the arts are coming together to offer prizes for selected innovators in the 2017 Challenges.
