The Technology & Engineering Education program in the Department of Applied Sciences, Technology & Education (ASTE) at Utah State University offers a Bachelor of Science degree and a teaching minor in Technology & Engineering Education (TEE) for students who wish to become professional educators in the area of Technology & Engineering Education or Skilled & Technical Sciences Education. This program offers exceptional content-area training, as well as nationally-ranked pedagogical training in partnership with the Emma Eccles-Jones College of Education & Human Services. Students choosing an emphasis in Technology & Engineering Education graduate with a Utah Professional Educator License and an endorsement to teach middle and high school students in Technology & Engineering Education. Students choosing an emphasis in Skilled & Technical Sciences Education graduate with a Utah Professional Educator License with an endorsement to teach high school students in one or more Trade & Industrial Education areas.
