June 19, 2019
Thousands of Technology Student Association (TSA) middle school and high school student members from across the country are expected to attend the 2019 National TSA Conference from June 28th to July 2nd at National Harbor, MD. Once again, ITEEA will be supporting TSA by being involved in numerous aspects of the conference. This year, ITEEA will also receive a highlighted opportunity to connect with TSA advisors through the recently announced TSA “Partner Hub,” where ITEEA will be one of six organizations/programs that will be highlighted.
Additionally, ITEEA Executive Director/CEO, Steve Barbato will present the following special interest session:
Bring STEM to Life for All Students
Teachers and students considering a career as a technology and engineering STEM educator, learn how to design and deliver an exciting and engaging technology and engineering lesson that your students deliver to your district’s elementary schools. Access ITEEA’s online educator resources to improve your program and engage your students to become future technology and engineering teachers!
ITEEA will also have the opportunity to present to the TSA Advisors at the daily “Advisor Update” sessions and at the State Advisor meeting as well. The goal will be to share the importance of joining ITEEA and being an active member in their professional teacher organization.
