Your Help Needed - Survey to Collect Data on STEM Ed to Further Curriculum and Assessment

My name is Nathan Howard, Assistant Professor, along with Eric Deneault, Associate Professor, representing the Department of Applied Technology at Fort Hays State University.  We are asking you to participate in a study of STEM education.  It is your choice if you wish to participate in the study with surveys. If you do not wish to participate, please delete the link to the survey.  If you agree to participate, you may withdrawal at any time with no consequences in doing so.

Purpose of Study: Our intent is to collect data on STEM education to further develop curriculum and assessment. The data collected will provide insight into STEM education and the impacts on core education.

Risk and Benefit: There are no foreseeable risks involved in the participation. The surveyed participants will remain anonymous and data confidential.  The survey is voluntary and by participating in the survey, participates are providing consent for the study.  By participating in the survey, you will not any compensation.  You will be assisting us in the benefit of educating future STEM educators with curriculum and assessment.

Procedure: If you agree to participate in the study, please click on the Qualtrics link provided.  The link will take you to an anonymous survey that you will need to fill out.  Once the survey is completed, please submit the completed survey.  During this time, you may withdrawal from the survey by closing it and not finishing the survey.
