Pricing, and Context for Curricula Access

Curriculum:

There are two types of pricing structures; Consortium pricing, and Non-consortium pricing.

Consortium pricing structures pertains to the school districts within the states of Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Virginia (considered consortium states).

Non-Consortium pricing structures refers to all other states (considered non-consortium states).

Note: Annual renewal start date is July 1, and ends on June 30 the following Year (ex. July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025).

Learning Management Systems Capabilities:

All of the curricula are housed on the Agilix Buzz learning management platform and is built into the standard pricing sheets as listed below.

However, We are able to place our content into your preferred learning management system (ex. Schoology, canvas, etc.). This is done through a Publish Anywhere option enabling you to use the curriculum on your preferred scorm-compliant learning management platform.

Steps Needed to Purchase/Receive Curricula:

  1. If you are a consortium state (Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Virginia), you would first:
    • Open, and download HERE
    • Fill in all applicable areas, and select the coursework that you would like to choose
      • Ensure that you place your preferred method of payment on the document an invoice, quote, W9, and/or sole source letter needs to be procured for your district please reach out to rnovitski@iteea.org
    • Send the completed document to rnovitski@iteea.org
  2. If you are a non-consortium state (all other states other than the ones listed above), you would first:
    • Open, and download HERE 
    • Follow the same steps as 1b-1d

How Will I Get Enrolled?

Once all documentation is procured, and sent to rnovitski@iteea.org, a notification email will be sent to all recipients listed in the negotiated agreement. Please allow 1-3 business days to process enrollment into all coursework.

The STEM Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL)  offers comprehensive, hybrid, physical, and asynchronous/synchronous professional learnings to fit the needs of your educational professionals need (time, money, space, etc.) on all curricula, and STEM-related projects/products.
