Friday, April 14 - 8:00am - 2:00pm
 
What Your Booth Includes:
  • Two complimentary exhibitor registrations per each 10’ x 10’ booth. 
  • Complimentary post-show attendee list.
  • FREE listing on the ITEEA website with a direct link to your website.
  • FREE editable company profile on the Conference Mobile App, including company name, website, products/services, and booth number.
  • Use of the ITEEA Annual Meeting logo, with ITEEA’s prior approval, to promote your company’s presence at the conference.
  • A standard 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side rails, and 44” x 7” identification sign.
  • Exhibit hall security guards (not booth-specific).
Exhibitor Registration
Each exhibitor may register up to two (2) employees per 10’ x 10’ booth, which includes admission to all events except those that are invitation only or ticketed. Additional exhibitor staff may register for $500/each. ITEEA will contact exhibitors when personnel can begin the registration process.
 
Decorator
The Service Kit with all relevant operational details and information, furniture, lead-retrieval, shipping, staffing, utilities, etc. will be sent prior to the conference, and online ordering will be available.
