Changing Assessment Practices with Generation Z –Portfolium

Current assessment practices in engineering classrooms can be traditional.  With the use of the e-portfolio platform, Portfolium, students can document their experiences, assignments, and projects with the use of pictures, videos, and other deliverables demonstrating what they learned through short captions, hashtags, and the selecting skills similar to other social media sites.  E-portfolios can be used for assessment, developing, showcase, and institutional purposes in the classroom or for any programming.  Learn how to incorporate e-portfolios into your classroom or program for innovative evaluations as well as promoting reflective thinking.
