Journals

Is your Laboratory-Classroom the best it can be? These ITEEA Publications can help. ITEEA's flagship Journal, Technology and Engineering Education (TEE), is complimentary for all ITEEA members, while non-members can purchase electronic or print subscriptions. ITEEA's academic journal, the Journal for Technology Education is open access, with print subscriptions for purchase. You can also view ITEEA's archived journals that have been sunset.

Safety

While the hands-on, design-based learning nature of technology and engineering education is invaluable, the tools, equipment, materials, and chemicals students use in the classrooms can pose potential safety hazards and resulting risks. ITEEA's wide range safety resources can help you answer the question “How can we provide engaging hands-on STEM learning experiences for all students in a safe setting?”

Standards

Standards for Technological and Engineering Literacy (STEL) offers an up-to-date road map for classroom teachers, district supervisors, administrators, states, and curriculum developers to promote technology and engineering education program development and curriculum design from Pre-K through twelfth grade.

Lesson Plans

ITEEA offers dozens of free lesson plans for a variety of grade levels, all of which are aligned to ITEEA's Standards for Technological and Engineering Literacy (STEL).
