One of the standout benefits of joining the consortium is the access to a group of Teacher Effectiveness Coaches (TECs). These coaches provide high-quality, consistent professional development opportunities tailored to the specific needs of each state. This ensures that educators are not only well-trained but also continuously supported in their professional growth. Each state can also build their own network of TECs allowing them to scale professional development in a cost-effective manner.
Consortium members enjoy the privilege of unlimited distribution of PreK – 12th Grade EbD/STEM materials within their state through our standard edition curricula. This means that every school, teacher, and student can benefit from high-quality content designed to engage and inspire. The flexibility to distribute these materials as defined by the Consortium State ensures that the resources can be tailored to meet each state’s needs and standards, promoting a more personalized and effective learning experience.
Membership in the consortium includes travel funds for the Consortium Director and a lead trainer to attend the ITEEA Annual Conference. This event is a hub for professional development, networking, and staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in STEM education. The opportunity to participate in such a high-caliber event ensures that state leaders and educators are equipped with cutting-edge knowledge and skills.
